When you interact with AuditMD, we collect information you explicitly provide: organization name, corporate email address, phone number, title, EHR platform type, and organizational readiness goals.

We do not collect patient Protected Health Information (PHI) through our public web forms or virtual advisory assistant ("Aria").

2. How We Use Information

Your information is used strictly to evaluate your audit requirements, prepare scoped proposals, coordinate discovery calls, and execute engagement contracts.

We do not monetize, rent, or sell your organizational data to advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.

3. PHI and HIPAA Commitments

DFEAL LLC operates under strict compliance with HIPAA Administrative, Physical, and Technical safeguards. Formal audit engagements that involve system access are executed under a mutually signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

4. Security Measures

All transmissions are protected with TLS 1.3 encryption. Internal access to submitted questionnaire data is restricted to authorized compliance officers on a need-to-know basis.
